I went there to get the hinge of my laptop fixed. They fixed it using super glue and dollarama tape. They took $70 for that but it’s only worth $10. They have really bad service and I recommend not... going to Wifi Computers.read more

Took my phone here to get my screen fixed. They rewired my phone at first, but it stopped working almost immediately after using it. They then did a screen and battery replacement. My phone abruptly... stopped working four days after. I didn't drop it or do anything else to inflict damage on it, the screen stopped working and went black in my hands. I brought it back in in hopes that they would be able to solve the issue or offer a refund, however upon returning to the store they insisted that they could not have made any mistakes, and claimed that my phone had stopped working because I dropped it. I was laughed at for even suggesting that it malfunctioned because of their repair. After getting it looked at at a different phone repair store, the screen that was installed into my phone was low quality, and the backlight cable malfunctioned. Take your electronics somewhere else. Wifi computers uses low quality parts, staff are unfriendly, stubborn, and will scam you!read more

I took my laptop to a guy in Montreal and he told me the problem was with the board. Lol, turns out it was the charging port and the charger! I got it fixed here for less than half the price.... Everything works fine now.

I have the worst experience with this computer shop. First, they placed a damaged LCD screen on my laptop pretending that I will not find out. I have to go back and get it replaced with new LCD for... my laptop. Then I find out today that they have not replaced the hinges of the screen and just repaired it. The repairing was bad that it last for few days. When I called them, they were trying to escape by simply saying we can put your parts back and give you the money.Well, no one has time to make many trips to your shop and to call you back and forth, if you even stay committed to what you told the first hand that you will provide the services. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. I thought it is best to let go because they are not willing to resolve the solution and want to take shortcuts to save the money. It was best if I would have purchased the parts online and placed it myself then it would save my money, time and gave me no stress.read more

These guys have exceptional service and have very reasonable prices. I went there for something relatively simple but something that I still needed their help with. They took care of it very quickly... and at a great price. They have a small shop and are obviously very busy because of their popularity so pack your patience when you go but it is definitely worth the wait. Not trustworthy or reliable, go to a proper place. Fairly new laptop, getting battery replaced for 150, the hard drive magically fails and they say they have to replace that too for 250. Couple... months later, replacement battery fails, error battery cannot be identified. They say warranty is only 3 months and ask for $150 again. I decided to go somewhere else after they robbed me of a couple hundred dollars.read more

Gave me great service for my battery change and gave me a new laptop charger as my original was about to rip apart. The only downside was I think they did not know I was Punjabi and could understand... what they were saying when trying to find a estimate for me to pay. I did not mind to pay as I was using a gift cards to pay but they should be mindful of who they are servicing, especially in Brampton where most of the population is South Asian. Great service nonetheless.read more

I got the best service from them. Actually I thought that my battery was not working so came here to get it replaced. But when they opened the laptop here to replace the battery they identified that... battery was not a problem but there was some issues with the laptop itself which they rectified with just minimal charges. LAST UPDATE: After 4 separate visits here to fix my laptop, it has died for good. I paid $160 for the laptop fix. Had to return 3 times to fix it. On my fourth return, they told me it was my charger... that was causing the issue (and I was dumb enough to buy a new one from them) for another $55. Didn't matter, laptop is completely dead. Cherry on top I got scolded by the owner for my audacity to leave a 1 star review. Waste of money, waste of time. I've given up on this place. DON'T GO HERE. Previous updates below:

UPDATE: the same issue is back AGAIN. For the THIRD TIME after they 'fixed' it. Incredibly unreliable. Went to get my laptop repaired as it could no longer recognize my charger / wouldn't charge. The quote they provided over the phone was $80, when I brought it in I was told $160 because it's likely a 'motherboard issue'. I let them fix it anyways. About 1 month later, the same problem has reappeared. Luckily they have a store warranty policy, and I brought it back in to fix for free. It's unfortunate they weren't able to fix it properly the first time, and I had to drive back twice and be over a week total without my laptop. It's an OK shop, not entirely trustworthy or reliable, but at least my laptop works.read more

Went there for my friend laptop hinge-screen frame part replacement, they have the knowledge and understanding what they are doing. They are professionally qualified in hardware repair. Although... there charges are bit higher as compare to market rates. As long as I am getting quality, I am okay with pricing. Pro's :- -> Professional

I was there to get fix my HP laptop hinge was broken . They fixed it and it works like brand new again. I went to best buy and they told me 600 dollars vs wifi they charge me 70 dollars more over the... service I got from this shop no one can beat . Very honest polite and professional. Wonderful quality and fast service! I came and dropped off my Asus laptop for a screen replacement around 2PM on Saturday and then came back to pick up my fixed laptop a few hours later by 6PM! Don't come to this place for repairs. Bad experience. Unprofessional. They think everybody else is stupid. My warranty is with you, not with your supplier. You deny me service because your warranty... with your supplier is expired? Even after telling me that I have a 1 month warranty after paying $600? You even have the audacity to blame a pre existing dent (which is nowhere near the problem) to deny me service? Lets see what apple says. I want to know if your even authorized to carry genuine parts and hardware. I'll make sure people are aware of the kind of service you provide.read more

My son's laptop screen broke and I had no idea where to start. Goggled top 5 places to repair laptop screens and WiFi Computers was at the top of the list.....needless to say I received a quote over... the phone went into the store and they repaired it on the spot!!! Great little shop, they don't just fix hardware related issues like most shops but can actually fix programming related issues. They managed to reprogram the BIOS on one of my bricked laptops for... less than half the cost of replacing the motherboard. This is a shop that clearly knows their stuff.read more

I call them the phone gods!!! Within a month they cane to my rescue! 1st time my toddler locked me out of my phone. I came to them and within hours they restarted my phone. I lost a lot due to not... backing up my files correctly. I got educated and got set up properly. 2 weeks later my phone accidentally dropped in water. I immediately put it in a bag of rice that helped but then realized hours later I couldn't charge my phone because there was Rice in the charging hole. Within 2 secs he plugged out the rice with a pin and had me on my way without charging a penny!!🙏🏽🙏🏽 3rd time I almost killed my toddler son again for throwing my phone down the basement that gave me a black screen. I was in a panic because in 2 days I was having my daughter dedicated and needed a phone to communicate to my guest. I ran to them and I don't know what type of magic they worked but had it restored without charging me a penny because I had a good phone case cover, nothing was broken inside! I was sooo grateful and in tears I begged to pay even gave a $20.00 tip but got rejected numerous attempts! I am super super super grateful and they have a customer for life because they really do care and it's not about the money!!read more

Wonderful experience using their services. Everyone was very polite and forthcoming with my questions and concerns. I went in for a DC jack replacement for my laptop and they were able to fix it... within a few hours. I just had to do some software updating on my end and my computer was charging as usual. The price was very reasonable, much better than other repair stores in Brampton that charge ridiculous $100+ fees. Will be recommending this service to my network.read more

Amazing and professional service whenever I’ve visit WiFi Computers throughout the years! I’ve had my computers repaired here and yesterday they replaced my phone screen for a fraction of the cost... compared to other stores. Best place to get your electronics repaired. I had issue with my laptop and it wouldn't close properly. I tried few other places but none of them were able to repair it. It's amazing. My sister broke my brothers laptop, a week ago so we went to go fix it. There was no hardware issues, it was just the screen frame that was coming off. When we went there, there were... nice employees. The price to fix the frame was $80 dollars. If you went to Best Buy or another big company to fix your laptop, it would probably range from $250 - $400. I am really proud of this company, and would recommend it to you all. The after product, was amazing. They cleaned it making it look shiny and new, and they fixed it perfectly!!!!!!!!read more
